We’re looking for Front Retail Cashiers & Customer Service Team Members to be part of our greenhouse team this season! If you love horticulture, plants and the outdoors, this could be a great fit!
✅ Welcome & Assist Customers – Help customers find specific crops, products, and prices with a friendly and approachable attitude. Talk Horticulture and home design, guide people using our map, check resources online, etc.
✅ Operate Our Clover Register System – Handle cash, credit card payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately. (Prior register experience / customer service job required.)
✅ Keep Things Tidy & Organized – Maintain a clean checkout area, restock tables, trim plants, and ensure accurate signage.
✅ Support Greenhouse Operations – Help with crop spacing, answer customer questions and direct them to additional resources online if needed. We provide maps of crop locations.
✅ Share Plant Knowledge – Provide product recommendations (no botany degree required—just a willingness to learn!).
✅ Adapt & Assist – Pitch in with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
🌟 A Positive, Can-Do Attitude – Self-starters who take initiative and enjoy helping customers.
🌟 Retail & Cash Handling Skills – Experience with a POS System / iPad / Handheld device.
🌟 Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Greenhouse season can get hectic during holidays such as May/Mother’s Day / Memorial Day, and we need team members who can keep up.
🌟 Reliability & Integrity – We count on our team to show up and support each other.
🌟 Basic Plant Knowledge is a Plus! – If you love gardening or want to learn, even better!
🌟 Must pass a basic background check.
