Tropical Storage Program: Pick-up/Delivery Fees

Pick-Up & Delivery Route Schedule:

• Starts the week after Mother’s Day (May–June).
• Delivery Days: Monday – Thursday
• Want to skip the delivery fee? In-store pickup is available after frost risk has passed.

Delivery & Staging Details:

• Our team schedules pick-up routes nearing the last frost date, typically starting on the 1st week of October.
• Paying for your winter storage in our shop will place you on our delivery schedule (pricing is based on your location).
• All plants are transported inside enclosed trucks and/or trailers.
• We require dolly access to your plant area during normal business hours.
• If you would like to be present, our team is happy to meet during business hours to inspect, chat & evaluate the seasonal performance of your plants.
